Paige DeChausse (lead vocals) and Nick Boettcher (lead guitar/vocals) soaked in soul, came of age in the gritty great Chicago Blues Scene. Absorbing the soul of R&B, the power of rock-n-roll and the honesty of folk music in the twosome, by now a cache of original music set sights on Austin, TX in 2013. The undeniable power and beauty of DeChausse’s vocals, Boettcher’s fiery guitar work, and the ESP-like intuition of the band behind them quickly branded THE FEW as band to watch. It’s nearly impossible to sit or stand still at a show… the group’s chemistry and genuine charisma onstage is at once mesmerizing and infectious.
