After generating lots of buzz last Fall through the Austin American Statesman and Food and Wine Magazine, Beerthoven Kraft is back, offering a flight of one-hour lessons, once a week for 8 weeks, complete with curriculum, expert instruction, and a pint of beer included in every lesson. You get all of this for only $35 per lesson! The locations of these classes could not be more appropriate—Friends and Allies Brewing and Oskar Blues Brewery!

Never touched a piano before? Our Level 1 class curriculum is brewed to perfection to introduce you to the basics of piano technique and musical notation.

Have you had musical training before but need some refreshment? Our Level 2 class is a great way to review basic notation and progress in your piano technique.

Your guide and teacher for these courses will be pianist and published music educator Dr. Joshua Straub. You might recognize him as the man who has been pouring your beer at our concerts! Behind this innovative course is the creation of Beerthoven’s mobile group piano lab and our original, beer-themed curriculum.

Class Schedule as follows:

Level 1: 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Sold Out!)
Level 2: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Sold Out!)
