Old Chub is a brobdingnagian celebration of aggressively shattering the status quo. This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale (8% ABV, 30 IBUs) strays far from conventions, as it’s brewed with a recklessly bodacious amount of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. It features semi-sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a wee bit of smoke. It’s a powerful, head-turning trip for malt heads and folks who think they don’t dig dark beer.

2019 Battle of the Bands at OB Boulder Taproom

The best local talent around will compete for the chance to play on the Oskar Blues stage at Bolder Boulder – one of the biggest 10K races in the country and a Boulder tradition! Come out and witness a ferocious slinging of tunes!

March 6 will feature Whiskey Autumn, Famous Men and Jackie and the Racket. The winner of this round will compete again on March 13 in an epic battle for Bolder Boulder glory.
