Stop into one of our taprooms – Boulder, Longmont, or Brevard and try something rare. Sip ’em at the bar, or grab a Crowler to go. This month’s release events are goin’ down in September. See individual taproom facebook pages for more details – releases may vary per taproom location.
Details on the beers:
SEPTEMBER 6: Thorny Miner Saison (4.7% ABV) – This brew is named after a farmhouse-style beer served to miners in the late 1800’s; but this old timey saison-style is freshened up with a dry-hopped twist. Classic saison yeast flavors are finessed with noble hops, notes of pineapple and a floral quality from the addition of rose hips. Rush to our taproom to git your hands on summa this liquid gold.
SEPTEMBER 13: Interstate SMaSH Express Galaxy (6.9% ABV) is a double dry-hopped, heavily Galaxy-infused SMaSH (stands for “single malt and single hop”) named after our CO house band and pretty cool dudes, Interstate Stash Express. This is SMaSH lineup features Root Shoot Pale malt on bass guitar. Meanwhile, Australian Galaxy rips on lead guitar with spotlight-grabbing citrus and passionfruit power chords. Set to the rhythm of a first wort hop addition, then a second whirlpool addition PLUS two dry-hoppin’s during fermentation; this SMaSH puts on an epic flavor show.
SEPTEMBER 20: Dancin’ Fool IPA (6.5% ABV)is a BIG citrus IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic Cryo hops, plus Centennial and Strata. Built on toasted rice and relentlessly dry-hopped, this SoCal-meets-CO West Coast dry IPA came straight from the collective twisted imaginations of our very own cellar dudes, Nick Ceniceros, Adam Nanni, and Luke Smith. Bring your dancin’ shoes and get a little foolish with Dancin’ Fool IPA.
SEPTEMBER 27: C’est le Grand Prix Rosé (6% ABV) is a rosé style beer inspired by Grenache – a grape that produces wine with red fruit notes and white pepper spice, and an orange-pink hue. Supercharged with El Dorado and Centennial hops, C’est le Grand Prix races laps around fruit, berry, and melon flavors; and crosses the finish line in a blaze of tart, semi-dry, prickly-pear-infused glory. Who’s ready for a victory lap?
