JAHvanilla is blazin’ into taprooms on 4/20.

For the first time ever, we made JAHvanilla using a blend of bourbon barrel-aged Ten FIDY AND double bourbon-barrel aged Ten FIDY. The burly blend got rolled up in a barrel with Hotbox Roasters’ cold brew coffee and Madagascar vanilla beans, then aged to rich, espresso-flavored perfection at 14.3% ABV. Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee beans were used in the super concentrated cold brew – added in an intense 2 pounds of coffee to 1 bbl of beer ratio.

Here’s how to get your hands on JAHvanilla, groove to live music and satisfy the munchies on 4/20:

Longmont, Colorado
To attempt some semblance of order, wristbands will be distributed at 9am MDT, with sales beginning at 10am. There are no limits on stovepipe can purchases. JAHvanilla pricing is $12.50 per stovepipe can, $10 per 10 oz pour on draft. No Crowler or growler.

Catch Grateful Dead-inspired music by Peak2Peak from 4:30 to 6:30pm, with a performance by Taiko Drummers from 5:30 to 6pm. We’ll have specialty beers available including new ONEy Lo-Cal Hazy Session IPA; plus RARE draft-only beers including Double Barrel-Aged Port Ten FIDY, Double Barrel-Aged Bourbon Ten FIDY and Double Barrel-Aged Rum Ten FIDY.

On 4/20, show off your skills in the hop joint rolling contest, which will be judged on factors like speed, creativity and smokeability (not literally – don’t smoke hops, kids); or put on “high goggles” and participate in the Fkd Up Football Toss. Wunder Pig Barbecue Co. will be on-site to satisfy your cravings. We’ll have music by Crystal Finger starting at 7pm, and Dr. JOE will make piano/funk/soul sounds at 8:30pm.

JAHvanilla comes but once a year in a very limited quantity, so don’t miss the taproom release event near you!
