Greetings from the Hops and Heifers Farm! Its been a while, so I wanted to pass on a quick farm update. We have been undergoing some major infrastructural upgrades at the the farm to improve our sustainability and increase efficiency. Our upgrades include many improvements to the buildings, irrigation water distribution, animal feed handling and visitor experience enhancements. The Beef program is providing 100% of our restaurants with the best tasting burgers they have ever had, as voted by the staff! Getcha Some! Our Berkshire Pork will be available soon in fine prosciutto and aged salami! Stay tuned!
The Hops are close to ready, about a month early due to all the dry hot weather, however that means fresh HGH (Home Grown Hops) brew for you sooner. Harrumph!
