What a great year for The Hops and Heifers Farm! We provided our all natural beef and Pork to over 50 beer dinners in 9 different states across the US. With new packaging, innovative collaborations and a retail whole-cone hop program for 2013 we are looking forward to a great year. We saw the introduction of our first steaks hit the wholesale market (see attached picture), 17 months in the making these were incredible and will make your eyes red just thinking about them! We are upgrading many infrastructural aspects of the farm to more efficiently use our precious water resources. And last, new collaborations with Sheldon Emerson and his ranch in Northern Colorado will ensure our ability to supply the new Oskar Blues CHUBurger (www.chuburger.com) Burger Joint opening up in March featuring Hops and Heifers All Natural Angus Beef and Berkshire Pork.
