G’Knight Imperial Red

G’Knight is a hybrid version of a strong ale – somewhere between an Imperial Red and a Double IPA. We make it with six different malts and three types of hops, then dry-hop it with a mutha lode of Amarillo hops. It is 8.7% alcohol by volume and has 60 International Bittering Units (IBUs). www.N3978Y.com

I still can’t believe Gordon Biersch sued you guys over the name of this beer… whatever. It really doesn’t matter, because it’s such a damn good beer!

I will never call it anything but Gordon!
