How long have you worked at Oskar Blues?
And what do you do here?
I operate a 20sq. Meter Diatomaceous Earth filter with the greatest of ease. I also clean a variety of surfaces until I am satisfied. Basically, I am a janitor who knows how to turn on and operate a filter.
How about when you're not working?
When I'm not working I am usually riding a motorcycle or a bicycle. I love video games and will normally play a few hours a weekend if there isn't a beer festival to volunteer for. I enjoy dreaming up scenarios where I am finally blessed with F.U. money and can live on my motorcycle while traveling the world with KT. OB is directly responsible for my recent discovery, and intense love for Mountain bikes. I really like to get out a few times a week in either Pisgah or DuPont forest. During the rare moments in which I find myself idle I love to read.
Music. Who's your favorite band?
How about your first bike?
It didn't like to smash into rocks at full speed. It loved to be ghost ridden off railroad bridges into Pine Creek.
Perhaps most importantly, what is your favorite Oskar Blues beer?
Anything we forgot to ask?
Two years ago when I found myself unemployed I decided I would take a motorcycle trip around the country. During this trip my primary goal was to volunteer for a day at as many breweries as I possibly could. I used this experience to write a beer blog titled Road to Fermentation. My secondary goals were getting (and staying) super high on adrenaline and consuming as much beer as is humanly possible (not while riding of course). The trip, which included the hardest and most serious on pavement crash I have ever experienced, was a success on all fronts I don't like Turkeys. I think they are annoying. I've only been bitten by one dog, a Dalmatian. The year I received Laser Tag as a Christmas gift I also received a 2.5" splinter deep in the arch of my foot. That splinter had to be surgically removed that day. It was bullshit!
