Memory Lane: I still remember one night in Boulder, buying beer, when we ran into Dale. I believe it was between the Sept 1 – October timeframe of 2002, before heading up to Estes Park for a party. Dale was at the liqour store, stocking the shelf himself. He looked at us because we were looking at him and his beer (we knew who Oskar Blues was, we just didn’t know they sold beer locally). We were interested to say the least. He handed two beers to us – free of charge – and that was our first taste o Dale’s Pale Ale from a can. Nice memory from a guy in Boulder, CO of the start of a great beer.
