… and better than ever. Burning Can is a festival celebrating craft beer in a CAN! This year, we’re teaming up with Lyons Outdoor Games & the Colorado Brewers Guild to bring you entertainment for both you and your taste buds.
Lyons Outdoor Games is a world-class celebration of mountain sports. The event was created 11 years ago as a fundraising vehicle for the Lyons Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Events. In addition to a full compliment of kayaking, biking, fly fishing, chainsaw carving and dog events, the 2012 Games will feature numerous clinics & exhibitions put on by some of the world’s most elite professional athletes… in addition to the newly added CANNED beer garden, Burning Can!
We look forward to celebrating with others who love craft beer in a can, music, & food, during this soul-full event under the backdrop of Rocky Mountain National Park!

Can this be possible.
Sounds like fun,
Just talked with the Guild. Eddyline will be there serving up 16oz tallboys for our IPA and new Boater Beer!
Fuh-CAN awesome! Can’t wait to have ‘em
Is there any camping nearby? Or hotels? We don’t want to drive home afterward.
There is camping! More information on the Town of Lyons website: http://townoflyons.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=156:camping-&catid=40:parks-a-recreation
The link says there are only ten tent sites. Will there be more for the event?
A note on camping for Burning Can/LOG: Technically, during regular weekends the Town of Lyons only allows camping in designated campsites.
During festivals, like RockyGrass, Folks and Outdoor Games the town has over 2000 people camping in their parks. The town will open up the outfields in Meadow Park and use portions of Bohn Park to allow people to camp. If you look on the LOG website you will see this description for camping. Hope this helps!
That does help! Thanks!
How long is the festival?
12-4pm
Does the $25 ticket get you all you CAN drink, from 12:00 – 4:00?
Heck yea!
