Sales Reps in Atlanta, GA and Northern CA
As a representative of Oskar Blues, you first and foremost must have a Take Charge/Get ‘R Done attitude!
Qualified candidates should also have:
• Healthy interest in and knowledge of craft beer
• Abundant energy and a zest for life
• Great presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, self-start and think/act quickly when something needs to be done
• Ability to complete tasks on time and independently
• Proven reliability and consistent, strong work ethic with outstanding references
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Craft beer sales experience preferred
• Strong desire to grow professionally with the company
Preference will be given to candidates who currently live in, and are deeply familiar with, the areas where we are hiring. The ideal candidate will have the ability to both discuss and negotiate distribution programs with distributors and also be able to lead by example in the retail trade. It’s also important for candidates to be extremely goal-oriented and driven to win. A passion for craft beer, knowledge of or desire to learn the business of beer and a general understanding of how beer flows through the three-tier system are necessities.
Job requirements:
• Significant regional travel
• Evenings work — hand sales and promotions
• Weekend work — festivals and events
• Daily and weekly communication with the home base and entire sales team
