We're
reeling in some heavy accolades these days. Oskar Blues Brewery has
been selected to the Top 50 Colorado Companies to Watch list. The
search for this fine fifty is run by the Colorado Office of Economic
Development and International Trade, and we are the only brewery on
this serious A-list. Get full details at http://www.cobizmag.com .
The June issue of Men's Health heaps big praise on us in a feature
touting "16 New Lessons of Great Guy Food." Lesson 15 is Good Things Do
Come in Cans, it's a wonderful chronicling of our man Dale and our
uncanny canned beers. Get details on page 125 of the issue.
We're also cited in the new issue of Food & Wine Magazine in a
piece touting the Top Brewtopias of the World. Oh yeah! Read more
Oskar-winning news in the current issue of Beer Magazine (big love for
Mama's Little Yella Pils), All About Beer (a feature on our leading
role in the growing microcanned segment) and New Brewer (with det's on
our growth in 2008.)
On
June 17th The Washington Post also throw us a shout that touted us as
the king of canned beer by saying "Microbreweries that produce canned
beer would love to emulate the success of Oskar Blues". One more
of recent OB Buzz came in the form of Penthouse Magazine's most recent
edition. Stick with us as we ride the wave of Oskar Blues'Big
Bacious Beer Buzz!

Rocky
Mountain Bakehouse and Colorado's Oskar Blues Brewery have created a
tag-team masterpiece that blends the planet's most revered fermented
foods: Beer & Bread. Each loaf of Old Chub Beer Bread contains
nearly a whole can of the world’s best Scottish ale, Oskar Blues' Old
Chub. We could have stopped there, but no! This dual-artisan gem also
sports a wheaty sourdough base, a touch of honey and a heaping handful
of organic sunflower seeds. Before it hits the oven, each loaf is
lovingly rolled in Old Chubs’ Beech wood-smoked malted barley and then
baked to wonderful, golden perfection. These handmade implausible
pieces of baked goodness are available at all Wholefoods stores in
Colorado, New Mexico & Kansas.
Take home a loaf and Chub the one you're with!
