| Mardi Gras Time at Oskar Blues | February 2008 |
|
|
Greetings!
Alright, it's time for another batch of great music for you members of our Downlow'd Music Club.
This new batch of tunes come from our pal Morris Beegle and his Big
Bender Records, headquartered just down the road from us in Loveland,
Colorado. Big Bender's a shining example of the many upstart,
forget-the-mainstream music labels that provide the nation with its
best music.
Big Bender's bands play hard-scrabble, All-American roots music that
stretches from stone-cold honkytonk to outlaw country, roadhouse rock
and supercharged forms of bluegrass. Buy CDs from the artists showcased
here at at our Downlow'd Club, tell 'em we sent you when you place an
order and get a special bonus CD of grade-A music from Big Bender.
Know
your target audience. Who are your most important customers, clients or
prospects, and why? Know what is important to them and address their
needs in your newsletter each month.
